About me

Martin Kieckebusch is the founder of AM&M Business Advisory.

Before establishing AM&M, Martin served as a Senior Partner in EY-Parthenon’s Munich office, where he led the Automotive Strategy Practice and was elected to EY’s European Automotive Hub Leadership Team. At Porsche Consulting, he held global responsibility for the supplier business. Martin was also a co‑founder of the consulting firm Strategy Engineers, where he built and led the Cost Improvements practice. Prior to his consulting career, he held several leadership positions in industry at Porsche AG and Magna Car Top Systems.

Today, Martin brings more than 25 years of experience in developing growth strategies and implementing them in a cost‑efficient manner. He has worked with a broad range of clients across Europe, North America, and Asia.

From an industry perspective, Martin has supported clients in automotive, machinery, rail, aerospace, and the new energy sector—helping them identify priorities for profitable growth, drive organizational transformation, and execute mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes buy‑and‑build programs, target screening, commercial due diligence, and organizational strategy projects.

Martin holds a degree in Automotive Engineering and completed executive education at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge on “Approaches to the Digitalization of Large Enterprises.”
